Arizona Genomics Institiute   ~   Arizona Genomics Computational Laboratory   ~   Stanford University

This project has been funded by NSF award # 0501857 (PIs: Y. Yu, C. Soderlund, V. Walbot), which will generate ~30,000 maize FLcDNA sequences. The project will use genomics tools to understand a fundamental biological process through identificaion of genes expressed during maize reproduction and in somatic tissues responding to abiotic perturbations such as heat, cold, salt, UV-B, drought, and lack of light. See objectives for detailed information.
