Update July 2007. The ESTs contained in this assembly are from the Genbank maize ESTs, and have been cleaned by plantGDB, who have made them downloadable. The ESTs prefixed by ZM_BFb and ZM_BFc have been generated by this project. The Advanced Search allows you to query what is in the ZM_BF libraries compared to the rest of the Genbank maize ESTs.

Advanced Search [ Help ]
  This tool can be used to search for contigs containing ESTs from selected libraries. The advanced search can also be used to search for relative expressions of ESTs from specific libraries. With the advanced search tool you can filter results based inclusion of ESTs from selected libraries, UniProt matches, length of consensus, etc..
